Teams capture a wealth of information visually in a Meeting Design Map which should include the team’s purpose, ground rules and roles. Each map will look different and should express the personality of the team that created it. Keep the map up on the wall throughout the meeting, and refer to it when looking at ground rules, purpose and roles.
